उद्योगपर्व — अध्याय ९३: कृष्णस्य धृतराष्ट्रोपदेशः
Kṛṣṇa’s Counsel to Dhṛtarāṣṭra in the Assembly
अथ दुर्योधन: कृष्णं शकुनिश्चापि सौबल: । संध्यां तिष्ठन्तम भ्येत्य दाशाहमपराजितम्
atha duryodhanaḥ kṛṣṇaṃ śakuniś cāpi saubalaḥ | sandhyāṃ tiṣṭhantam abhyetya dāśārham aparājitam ||
ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပာယနက ပြောသည်– ထို့နောက် ဒုရ്യောဓနနှင့် စုဗလ၏သား ရှကူနိတို့သည် ညနေခင်း သန္ဓ్యာပူဇာကို ဆောင်ရွက်နေသော ဒါရှာရ္ဟ မျိုးရိုး၏ မအနိုင်ယူနိုင်သော သူရဲကောင်း သီရိကృష్ణထံ ချဉ်းကပ်လာ၍ ဤသို့ လျှောက်တင်ကြသည်– «ဂోవိန္ဒ၊ မဟာရာဇာ ဓೃತရာଷ္ဌရ သည် စည်းဝေးခန်းမသို့ ဝင်ရောက်လာပြီ။ ဘီष္မနှင့် ကೌရဝ အကြီးအကဲများ၊ အခြား ဘုရင်အပေါင်းတို့လည်း ထိုနေရာ၌ ရှိကြသည်။ ကောင်းကင်၌ ဒေဝတို့က အိန္ဒြ (ရှကရ) ကို ဖိတ်ခေါ်သကဲ့သို့ ဘီष္မတို့ အားလုံးက သင်၏ ဒർശနကို တောင်းခံကြသည်» ဟု။ ထိုစကားကို ကြားသော် ဘဂဝန် သီရိကృష్ణသည် အလွန်နူးညံ့၍ စိတ်သက်သာစေသော စကားဖြင့် ထိုနှစ်ဦးကို ဂုဏ်ပြု၍ ကြိုဆိုတော်မူ၏။
