Drupada’s Alarm and Inquiry Regarding Śikhaṇḍinī (द्रुपदस्य भय-विमर्शः)
उद्धरिष्यामि ते सद्यः: सामात्यसुतबान्धवम् | “राजन! वीरवर राजा हिरण्यवर्माने जो संदेश दिया है
uddhariṣyāmi te sadyaḥ sāmātya-suta-bāndhavam |
«ငါသည် သင်ကို ချက်ချင်းပင် ဖျက်ဆီးမည်—ဝန်ကြီးများ၊ သားများ၊ ဆွေမျိုးများနှင့်တကွ!» ဟု ကြေညာ၏။ «အို မင်းကြီး၊ ဟိရဏ္ယဝර්မန် မင်းက ပို့လိုက်သော သတင်းကို နားထောင်လော့။ အပြစ်ကျူးလွန်သော မင်း၊ ဉာဏ်မကောင်းသော အုပ်စိုးရှင်! သင်၏ သမီးကြောင့် ငါ လှည့်စားခံရသည်။ ထိုအပြစ်သည် သင်က ပြုခဲ့သကဲ့သို့—ထို့ကြောင့် အကျိုးကို ခံစားလော့။ အို နရေရှင်၊ စစ်မြေပြင်သို့ လာ၍ ငါ့အား တိုက်ခိုက်ခွင့် ပေးလော့။ ငါသည် ဝန်ကြီး၊ သား၊ ဆွေမျိုးတို့နှင့်တကွ သင်၏ မျိုးရိုးတစ်လျှောက်လုံးကို အမြစ်မှ ဆွဲထုတ်ဖျက်ဆီးမည်!»
