Śikhaṇḍinī’s Marriage Arrangement and the Daśārṇa Envoy’s Accusation (शिखण्डिनी-विवाह-विप्रलम्भ-प्रसङ्गः)
दैवं हि मानुषोपेतं भृशं सिद्धयति पार्थिव | परस्परविरोधाद्धि सिद्धिरस्ति न चैतयो:
daivaṁ hi mānuṣopetaṁ bhṛśaṁ siddhayati pārthiva | parasparavirodhād dhi siddhir asti na caitayoḥ ||
ဘိဿမက ဆိုသည်— «အို မင်းကြီး၊ ကံတရား (ဒေဝကံ) သည် လူ့ကြိုးပမ်းအားထုတ်မှုနှင့် တွဲဖက်လာသောအခါ အလွန်အမင်း ထိရောက်စွာ အောင်မြင်စေတတ်၏။ သို့ရာတွင် ကံနှင့် ကိုယ်တိုင်ကြိုးပမ်းမှုတို့ အပြန်အလှန် ဆန့်ကျင်လျှင် နှစ်ဖက်စလုံး မအောင်မြင်နိုင်»။
