आसनेभ्यो महारहेंभ्य उदतिष्ठ न्नमर्षिता: | बाहून् परिघसंकाशान् संस्पृशन्त: शनै: शनै:
āsanebhyo mahārhebhya udatishṭhann amarṣitāḥ | bāhūn parigha-saṅkāśān saṃspṛśantaḥ śanaiḥ śanaiḥ ||
ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပါယနက ပြောသည်– ထို့နောက် ဒေါသကို မထိန်းနိုင်ကြတော့သဖြင့် သူတို့သည် တန်ဖိုးကြီးသော ထိုင်ခုံများမှ ထရပ်ကြသည်။ သံတုတ်ကဲ့သို့ လက်မောင်းများကို ဖြည်းဖြည်းချင်း၊ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ရှိရှိ ထိတွေ့စမ်းသပ်ကြပြီး—ဒေါသက သည်းခံမှုကို ကျော်လွန်သည့်အခါ အင်အားသုံးရန် အမဲလိုက်သကဲ့သို့ အန္တရာယ်ကင်းမဲ့မဟုတ်သော အဆင်သင့်ဖြစ်မှုကို ပြသသည်။
