Udyoga Parva Adhyaya 133 — A Mother’s Counsel to Saṃjaya
तस्य स्मरन्ती वचनमाशंसे विजयं तव । तस्मात् तात ब्रवीमि त्वां वक्ष्यामि च पुनः पुनः:
tasya smarantī vacanam āśaṃse vijayaṃ tava | tasmāt tāta bravīmi tvāṃ vakṣyāmi ca punaḥ punaḥ ||
အဲဒီဗြဟ္မဏ၏စကားကို သတိရလျက် ငါသည် သင့်အောင်ပွဲကို မျှော်လင့်နေသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် သားရေ၊ ငါသည် သင့်ကို ပြောသည်—နောက်ထပ်လည်း အကြိမ်ကြိမ် ပြောမည်—စိတ်မလျော့ပါနှင့်။
पुत्र उवाच
Steady remembrance of wise counsel sustains hope and resolve; repeated admonition is presented as a compassionate duty meant to keep the listener aligned with dharma and confident in rightful success.
A speaker (introduced as 'the son said') recalls someone’s earlier words and, encouraged by them, expresses confidence in the addressee’s victory; the speaker insists on repeating the advice again and again to strengthen the addressee’s determination.
