Udyoga Parva Adhyaya 133 — A Mother’s Counsel to Saṃjaya
सर्वे ते शत्रव: शक््या न चेज्जीवितुमिच्छसि । अथ चेदीदृशीं वृत्ति क्लीबामभ्युपपद्यसे
sarve te śatravaḥ śakyā na cej jīvitum icchasi | atha ced īdṛśīṁ vṛttiṁ klībām abhyupapadyase ||
သားက ပြောသည်—“သင်တို့၏ ရန်သူအားလုံးကို ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်သည်၊ သင်တို့ အသက်မရှင်ချင်တော့လျှင်ပင်။ သို့သော် ထိုအစား ဤသို့သော အပြုအမူ—ကြောက်ရွံ့သည့် လမ်းစဉ်ကို လက်ခံလိုက်လျှင် ရန်ကို ရင်ဆိုင်ရမည့်သူအတွက် လိုအပ်သော သတ္တိနှင့် တာဝန်ယူမှု၏ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ကို သင်တို့ စွန့်ပစ်သွားခြင်းပင် ဖြစ်သည်။”
