Svargārohaṇa-parva Adhyāya 5 — Karmaphala-Nirdeśa and Phalāśruti (कर्मफलनिर्देशः फलश्रुतिश्च)
स्वर्गकामो लभेत् स्वर्ग जयकामो लभेज्जयम् | गर्भिणी लभते पुत्र कन््यां वा बहुभागिनीम्
svargakāmo labhet svargaṁ jayakāmo labhej jayam | garbhiṇī labhate putraṁ kanyāṁ vā bahubhāginīm ||
ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပါယနက ပြော၏ — «ကောင်းကင်ကို လိုလားသူသည် ကောင်းကင်ကို ရ၏။ အောင်ပွဲကို လိုလားသူသည် အောင်ပွဲကို ရ၏။ ထို့အတူ ကိုယ်ဝန်ဆောင် မိန်းမသည် မဟာဘာရတကို နားထောင်ခြင်း (သို့) ရွတ်ဖတ်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် သင့်လျော်သော သားကို ရနိုင်သကဲ့သို့၊ မဟုတ်လျှင် ကံကောင်းခြင်းကြီးမားသော သမီးကိုလည်း ရနိုင်၏»။
