एतत्‌ ते सर्वमाख्यातं वैशम्पायनकीर्तितम्‌ । व्यासाज्ञया समज्ञातं सर्पसत्रे नूपस्य हि

Transliteration

etat te sarvam ākhyātaṃ vaiśampāyana-kīrtitam | vyāsājñayā samajñātaṃ sarpasatre nṛpasya hi ||

Translation

ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပာယနက ပြောသည်– «ဤအရာအားလုံးကို သင်တို့အား အပြည့်အစုံ ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားပြီးပြီ။ ဗျာသမုနိ၏ အမိန့်အောက်တွင် မင်း၏ မြွေယဇ် (serpent-sacrifice) အခမ်းအနား၌ ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပာယနက ကြေညာခဲ့သော Itihāsa အစဉ်အလာကို၊ ကြားနာ၍ ဆက်လက်လက်ဆင့်ကမ်းလာသကဲ့သို့ ယခု သင်တို့ရှေ့၌ ငါ ပြန်လည်နိဒါန်းတင်ပြလိုက်သည်။»
