ये केचित् भूमिपतय: सर्वास्तानन्ववेक्षयेत् । सुहृद्धिरनभिख्यातैस्तेन राजातिरिच्यते
ye kecid bhūmipatayaḥ sarvāṁs tān anvavekṣayet | suhṛdbhir anabhikhyātaiḥ tena rājātiricyate ||
ဝါမဒေဝက မိန့်တော်မူသည်။ မင်းသည် မည်သူမဆို အခြားသော မင်းများအားလုံး၏ အခြေအနေကို စောင့်ကြည့်သင့်သည်။ လူသိမများသော ယုံကြည်ရသည့် မိတ်ဆွေများကို အသုံးပြု၍ အခြားမင်းများ၏ အခြေအနေနှင့် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ကို လျှို့ဝှက်စွာ စုံစမ်းကြည့်ရှုစေသော မင်းသည် ထိုအကျင့်ကြောင့်ပင် မင်းများအနက် ထူးချွန်မြင့်မားလာသည်။
