प्रद्धिष्टस्य कुत: श्रेयो नाप्रियो लभते फलम् | वत्सौपम्येन दोग्धव्यं राष्ट्रमक्षीणबुद्धिना
praddhiṣṭasya kutaḥ śreyo nāpriyo labhate phalam | vatsaupamyena dogdhavyaṃ rāṣṭram akṣīṇabuddhinā ||
ဘိဿမက မိန့်ကြားသည်– «လူအများက မုန်းတီးနေသူအတွက် ကောင်းကျိုးက ဘယ်လိုရှိနိုင်မလဲ။ ပြည်သူတို့ချစ်ခင်မထားသော အုပ်ချုပ်သူသည် အမှန်တကယ် အကျိုးမရနိုင်။ ထို့ကြောင့် အမြင်အာရုံမပျက်သေးသော ဘုရင်သည် နိုင်ငံမှ မိမိစားဝတ်နေရေးကို နူးညံ့စွာ၊ တဖြည်းဖြည်း ဆွဲယူရမည်—နွားမမှ နို့စို့သည့် နွားကလေးကဲ့သို့—နိုင်ငံမထိခိုက်စေဘဲ ပြည်သူနှင့် သံယောဇဉ်ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်»။
