कुलीनात् शीलसम्पन्नानिज्धितज्ञाननिष्ठुरान् । देशकालविधाननज्ञान् भर्त॒कार्यहितैषिण:
kulīnāt śīla-sampannān ijdhita-jñāna-niṣṭhurān | deśa-kāla-vidhāna-jñān bhartṛ-kārya-hitaiṣiṇaḥ ||
ဘိဿမက မိန့်တော်မူသည်– «မြင့်မြတ်သော မျိုးရိုးရှိ၍ အကျင့်သီလပြည့်စုံသူတို့ကို ခန့်အပ်လော့။ ဗဟုသုတ၌ တည်ကြည်၍ စိတ်အားမနည်းသူ၊ နေရာနှင့် အချိန်အလိုက် စည်းကမ်းနည်းလမ်းကို သိသူ၊ မိမိသခင်၏ အမှုကိစ္စ အကျိုးကို လိုလားသူတို့ကို ရွေးချယ်လော့»။
