Mantri-Parīkṣā — Testing Ministers, Securing Counsel, and Ethical Criteria for Advisers (अध्याय ८४)
दौष्कुलेयाश्न लुब्धाश्न नृशंसा निरपत्रपा: । ते त्वां तात निषेवेयुर्यावदार्द्रकपाणय:
dauṣkuleyāś ca lubdhāś ca nṛśaṃsā nirapatrapāḥ | te tvāṃ tāta niṣeveyur yāvad ārdrakapāṇayaḥ ||
ဘိဿမက မိန့်တော်မူသည်– «အရှက်ကင်းသော မျိုးရိုးနိမ့်ကျသူ၊ လောဘကြီးသူ၊ ကြမ်းတမ်းရက်စက်သူတို့သည် အို သားရေ၊ သင်ကို လက်များ စိုနေသရွေ့သာ—အလှူအတန်းနှင့် အကျိုးအမြတ်ကို ဆက်လက်ရရှိနေသရွေ့သာ—ဝန်ဆောင်မည်။ သူတို့၏ သစ္စာသည် တာဝန်ဓမ္မအပေါ် မတည်ဘဲ အမြတ်အပေါ်သာ တည်သည်»။
