Mantri-Parīkṣā — Testing Ministers, Securing Counsel, and Ethical Criteria for Advisers (अध्याय ८४)
केवलात् पुनरादानात् कर्मणो नोपपद्यते । परामर्शो विशेषाणामश्रुतस्येह दुर्मते:
kevalāt punarādānāt karmaṇo nopapadyate | parāmarśo viśeṣāṇām aśrutasyeha durmateḥ ||
ဘိဿမက မိန့်တော်မူသည်– တာဝန်တစ်ခုကို လက်ခံယူခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် လုပ်ငန်းတစ်ခုကို လက်ထဲယူခြင်းသာဖြင့် အောင်မြင်မှု မရနိုင်။ ဤလောက၌ အမြင်အာရုံကွဲလွဲ၍ အာဏာပိုင်သင်ကြားချက်များကို မလေ့လာသေးသော မိုက်မဲသူသည် အထူးသဖြင့် ခွဲခြားသိမြင်ရမည့်ကိစ္စများတွင် မှန်ကန်သော အကြံဉာဏ် မပေးနိုင်။
