प्रहरेन्न त्वविज्ञाय हत्वा शत्रूनू न शोचयेत् । क्रोधं कुर्यान्न चाकस्मान्मृदुः स्यान्नापकारिषु
praharenna tv avijñāya hatvā śatrūn na śocayet | krodhaṃ kuryān na cākasmān mṛduḥ syān nāpakāriṣu ||
ဘီရှ္မက မိန့်တော်မူသည်—အကြောင်းအရာကို မသိမမြင်ဘဲ မထိုးနှက်ရ။ ရန်သူတို့ကို သတ်ပြီးနောက် ဝမ်းနည်းပူဆွေးမှုထဲ မကျရောက်စေရ။ အကြောင်းမဲ့၍ ရုတ်တရက် ဒေါသမထွက်ရ။ နူးညံ့သိမ်မွေ့ရမည်၊ သို့သော် အန္တရာယ်ပြုသူတို့အပေါ် မဟုတ်။
