स राजमार्ग: शुशुभे समलंकृतचत्वर: । यथा चन्द्रोदये राजन् वर्धमानो महोदधि:,राजन! जैसे चन्द्रोदय होनेपर महासागर उमड़ने लगता है, उसी प्रकार जिसके चौराहे खूब सजाये गये थे, वह राजमार्ग मनुष्योंकी उमड़ती हुई भीड़से बड़ी शोभा पा रहा था
sa rājamārgaḥ śuśubhe samalaṅkṛta-catvaraḥ | yathā candrodaye rājan vardhamāno mahodadhiḥ ||
ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပါယန မိန့်တော်မူသည်– «လမ်းဆုံလမ်းခွများကို အလှဆင်တန်ဆာဆင်မြန်းထားသော မင်းလမ်းမကြီးသည် တောက်ပလင်းလက်လျက် ရှိ၏။ အို မင်းကြီး၊ လကွယ်ပြီး လရောင်ထွက်လာသော် မဟာသမုဒ္ဒရာကြီး လှိုင်းထန်၍ ဖောင်းပွလာသကဲ့သို့၊ လူအစုအဝေးကြီး လှိုင်းလို စီးဆင်းလာရာ၌ ထိုလမ်းမကြီးလည်း ပိုမိုတင့်တယ်လှပလာ၏။»
