बहूनां पुरुषाणां च यथैका योनिरुच्यते । तथा त॑ पुरुष विश्व व्याख्यास्थामि गुणाधिकम्‌

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca |

bahūnāṃ puruṣāṇāṃ ca yathaikā yonir ucyate |

tathā taṃ puruṣaṃ viśva vyākhyāsthāmi guṇādhikam ||

Translation

ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပါယနက ပြော၏— «လူများစွာ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာရာ၌ မူလအရင်းအမြစ် (ယောနိ) တစ်ခုတည်းဟု ဆိုသကဲ့သို့ပင်၊ ငါသည် အရာအားလုံးကို လွှမ်းခြုံသော ကမ္ဘာ့အတ္တ—ဗိශ්ဝာတ္မာ ပုရုရှ—ကို၊ အားလုံး၏ မူလဖြစ်၍ ဂုဏ်သတ္တိအားဖြင့် အလွန်မြင့်မြတ်သူကို သင့်အား ရှင်းလင်းပြမည်»။
