Transliteration

jagat-sraṣṭa-manā devo hari-nārāyaṇaḥ svayam | cintayāmāsa puruṣaṁ jagat-sarga-karaṁ prabhum, sākṣāt bhagavān nārāyaṇaḥ |

Translation

ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပါယန မိန့်ကြားသည်—ကမ္ဘာလောကကို ဖန်ဆင်းလိုသော အလိုတော်ဖြင့် ဘုရား ဟရီ-နာရာယဏ ကိုယ်တိုင်သည် စကြဝဠာထွက်ပေါ်လာစေမည့် အစွမ်းအစပြည့်ဝသော အမြင့်မြတ်ပုရုရှ (ပုရုသ) အရှင်ကို စိတ်တွင် တည်စေ၍ ဆင်ခြင်တော်မူ၏။ ဤအပိုဒ်သည် ဖန်ဆင်းခြင်းကို မတော်တဆမဟုတ်ဘဲ၊ ဘုရား၏ အလိုတော်နှင့် စွမ်းရည်အပေါ် အခြေခံသည့် အာဏာပိုင်သော ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်တစ်ရပ်ဟု ဖော်ပြသည်။
