Atithi-prāpti and the Brāhmaṇa’s Deliberation on Triadic Dharma (अतिथिप्राप्तिः धर्मत्रयविचारश्च)
एशि: सम्यक प्रयुक्तैहिं प्रीयन्ते देवता: क्षितौ । “इसीके लिये मैंने वेदों तथा ओषधियों (अन्न-फल आदि) सहित यज्ञोंकी सृष्टि की है। इनका भलीभाँति पृथ्वीपर अनुष्ठान होनेसे सम्पूर्ण देवता तृप्त होंगे
eṣiḥ samyak prayuktaiḥ prīyante devatāḥ kṣitau | "isīke liye mayā vedāṃś ca oṣadhībhiḥ saha yajñānāṃ sṛṣṭiḥ kṛtā | etānāṃ bhūmau samyag anuṣṭhānāt samastā devatāḥ tṛptā bhaviṣyanti" |
ဝိုင်သမ္ပာယန မိန့်တော်မူသည်– ကမ္ဘာမြေပေါ်၌ အကျင့်အထုံးများကို မှန်ကန်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်လျှင် ဒေဝတားတို့သည် ပီတိဖြစ်ကြ၏။ «ထိုအကြောင်းကြောင့်ပင် ငါသည် ဝေဒများနှင့်အတူ ယဇ్ఞပူဇာတို့ကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ အသက်ရှင်ရေးကို ထောက်ပံ့သော ဆေးဖက်ဝင်အပင်များနှင့် ထွက်ကုန်များ (အစာအဟာရ၊ သစ်သီးနှင့် အလားတူ) ကိုလည်းကောင်း ဖန်ဆင်းခဲ့၏။ ဤအရာတို့ကို ကမ္ဘာမြေပေါ်၌ သင့်တော်စွာ ကျင့်သုံးဆောင်ရွက်လျှင် ဒေဝတားအားလုံး စိတ်ကျေနပ်တော်မူကြလိမ့်မည်»။
