याज़्ञवल्क्य उवाच कृत्स्नधारिणमेव त्वां मन्ये गन्धर्वसत्तम । जिज्ञाससे च मां राजंस्तन्निबोध यथाश्रुतम्
yājñavalkya uvāca | kṛtsnadhāriṇam eva tvāṃ manye gandharvasattama | jijñāsase ca māṃ rājan tan nibodha yathāśrutam ||
ယာဇ္ဉဝလ္က്യက ပြောသည်— «ဂန္ဓဗ္ဗတို့အနက် အမြတ်ဆုံးသောသူရေ၊ သင်သည် ပြည့်စုံသော နားလည်မှုကို ကိုင်ဆောင်ထားသူဟု ငါ ယုံကြည်၏။ သို့ရာတွင် မင်းကြီးရေ၊ သင်သည် ငါ့ထံ မေးမြန်းလျက် ငါ၏အမြင်ကို သိလို၏။ ထို့ကြောင့် နားထောင်လော့—ငါကြားသိရသမျှကို ကြားသိခဲ့သကဲ့သို့ ပြန်လည်ပြောကြားမည်»။
