अध्याय २९४ — योगलक्षणम् तथा सांख्यपरिसंख्यानम्
Yoga Definition and Sāṃkhya Enumeration
अपूर्विणा न कर्तव्यं कर्म लोके विगर्लहितम् । कृतपूर्व तु त्यजतो महान् धर्म इति श्रुति:
apūrviṇā na kartavyaṃ karma loke vigarhitam | kṛtapūrvaṃ tu tyajato mahān dharma iti śrutiḥ ||
ပါရာရှရက မိန့်တော်မူသည်— «လောကတွင် ရှုတ်ချခံရသော အလုပ်ကို ပထမဆုံးအကြိမ်အဖြစ် မလုပ်သင့်။ သို့သော် ယခင်က ထိုကဲ့သို့ ပြုခဲ့ဖူးသူသည် နောက်တစ်ဖန် ထိုအမှုကို စွန့်လွှတ်နိုင်လျှင်၊ သာသနာတော်၏ အကြားအမြင်အရ ဓမ္မကြီးတစ်ရပ်ဟု ကြေညာထားသည်»။
