हिरण्यकवचा: सर्वे सर्वे चोत्तमधन्विन:

Transliteration

hiraṇyakavacāḥ sarve sarve cottamadhanvinaḥ |

Translation

ဝါယုက ပြောသည်— «သူတို့အားလုံးသည် ရွှေကာဝတ်စုံ (ကာဗချ) ကို ဝတ်ဆင်ကြပြီး၊ တစ်ဦးချင်းစီလည်း အကောင်းဆုံး မြားပစ်သမားများ ဖြစ်ကြသည်»။ ဤကဗျာသည် ရာဇဝင်၏ စည်းစိမ်နှင့် စစ်ရေးအင်အား—အာဏာ၏ အပြင်ပန်းလက္ခဏာများ—ကို ထင်ဟပ်စေပြီး၊ ရှာန္တိပရဝ၏ သဘောတရားအရ စည်းစိမ်နှင့် စစ်ပညာကို မာနနှင့် အလွန်အကျွံမဟုတ်ဘဲ ဓမ္မဖြင့် ထိန်းချုပ်ရမည်ဟု သတိပေးသည်။
