शिष्योपाध्यायिकावृत्तिर्यत्र स्थात् सुसमाहिता । यथावच्छास्त्रसम्पन्ना कस्तं देशं परित्यजेत्
śiṣyopādhyāyikā-vṛttir yatra sthāt susamāhitā | yathāvacchāstra-sampannā kas taṃ deśaṃ parityajet ||
နာရဒက ဆို၏—ဆရာနှင့် တပည့်တို့၏ အပြုအမူသည် စနစ်တကျ၊ စည်းကမ်းပြည့်ဝ၍ သာသနာကျမ်းတော်နှင့် ကိုက်ညီစွာ တည်ရှိနေသော နိုင်ငံကို မည်သူက စွန့်ခွာမည်နည်း။
नारद उवाच
A society becomes truly worth living in when the teacher–disciple relationship is disciplined, harmonious, and aligned with śāstra; such dharmic education is a foundation of collective well-being.
Nārada is describing the qualities of an ideal land: one where instruction and learning proceed properly, with teachers and students behaving according to scriptural norms—so admirable that no one would wish to leave it.
