Adhyāya 283: Varṇa-vṛtti, Nyāya-ārjana, and the Decline-and-Restoration of Dharma (वर्णवृत्तिः न्यायार्जनं च)
पृथिव्यामन्तरिक्षे च ये च स्वलोॉकवासिन: । सर्वे प्राजजलयो भूत्वा उपतस्थु: प्रजापतिम्
vaiśampāyana uvāca | pṛthivyām antarikṣe ca ye ca svalokavāsinaḥ | sarve prāñjalayo bhūtvā upatasthuḥ prajāpatiṃ ||
ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပါယန က ဆို၏— «မြေပြင်၌ နေထိုင်သူများ၊ အလယ်ဒေသ (လေထု) ၌ နေထိုင်သူများ၊ ကောင်းကင်လောကများ၌ နေထိုင်သူများ—သူတို့အားလုံး လက်အုပ်ချီ၍ ရိုသေစွာ ပရဇာပတိထံ ချဉ်းကပ်ကာ အနီး၌ စောင့်ထိန်းဝတ်ပြုလျက် ရပ်နေကြ၏»။
