इन्द्रियाणां तथैवैषां सर्वेषामी श्वर॑ मन: । नियमे च विसर्गे च भूतात्मा मानसस्तथा
Translation
အင်္ဒြိယအားလုံး၏ အရှင်ကဲ့သို့ စိတ် (မန) သည် ၎င်းတို့ကို အရာဝတ္ထုများဆီသို့ လှုံ့ဆော်နိုင်သကဲ့သို့ တားဆီးနိုင်လည်း ရှိသည်။ ထိုနည်းတူ နှလုံး၌ တည်သော အတွင်းအတ္တ (ဘူတာတ္မာ) သည် စိတ်၏ အရှင်ဖြစ်၍ ၎င်းကို ထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်းနှင့် လွှတ်ပေးခြင်းတို့၌လည်း စွမ်းနိုင်သည်။
