प्रजापतिरिवाक्षो भ्य: शरीरात् सृजते प्रजा: । अड्गुल्यड्गुष्ठमात्रेण हस्तपादेन वा तथा
prajāpatir ivākṣobhyaḥ śarīrāt sṛjate prajāḥ | aṅguly-aṅguṣṭha-mātreṇa hasta-pādena vā tathā ||
ဗျာသက မိန့်တော်မူသည်— «ပရာဇာပတိကဲ့သို့ မလှုပ်မယှက်သောသူသည် မိမိ၏ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာမှ သတ္တဝါတို့ကို ဖန်ဆင်းထုတ်ပေါ်စေ၏။ ထို့အတူ လက်ချောင်းတစ်ချောင်း၊ လက်မတစ်ချောင်းအရွယ်သာဖြစ်စေ၊ သို့မဟုတ် လက်တစ်ဖက်၊ ခြေတစ်ဖက်ဖြင့်ပင် ဖန်ဆင်းမှုကို ဖြစ်ပေါ်စေနိုင်၏»။
