Yoga-kṛtya (योककृत्य) — Vyāsa on Sense-Restraint, Obstacles, and Brahman-Realization
अभिभूयेह चार्चिष्मद् व्यसृजत् सप्त मानसान् | दूरगं बहुधागामि प्रार्थनासंशयात्मकम्
abhibhūyeha cārciṣmad vyasṛjat sapta mānasān | dūragam bahudhāgāmi prārthanāsaṁśayātmakam ||
ဗျာသက ဆိုသည်– ဤနေရာ၌ အရာအားလုံးကို အနိုင်ယူ၍ တောက်ပသော သဘောတရားသည် စိတ်မှ ပေါက်ဖွားသော ရှင်သန်သူ ရှင်တော် ခုနစ်ပါးကို ဖန်ဆင်း하였다။ စိတ်သည် အဝေးသို့ လှမ်းရောက်၍ နည်းလမ်းမျိုးစုံဖြင့် သွားလာပြန်လာကာ ဆုတောင်းခြင်းနှင့် သံသယတို့၏ လက္ခဏာရှိသည်။ သို့သော် ချေတနာနှင့် ပေါင်းစည်းလျှင် အရာဝတ္ထုအားလုံးကို ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်ပြီး ဖန်ဆင်းခြင်း၏ အရင်းအမြစ် ဖြစ်လာသည်။
