Adhyāya 2: Nārada’s Disclosure—Karṇa’s Training and the Brahmin’s Curse (Śānti-parva)
स तु राममुपागम्य शिरसाभिप्रणम्य च । ब्राह्मणो भार्गवो5स्मीति गौरवेणाभ्यगच्छत
sa tu rāmam upāgamya śirasābhipraṇamya ca | brāhmaṇo bhārgavo 'smīti gauraveṇābhyagacchata ||
သူသည် ရာမ (ပရရှုရာမ) ထံသို့ ချဉ်းကပ်သွားကာ ဦးခေါင်းကို ညွှတ်၍ ရိုသေစွာ ပူဇော်ကန်တော့하였다။ ထို့နောက် «ကျွန်ုပ်သည် ဘာရ္ဂဝ မဟာဗြာဟ္မဏ ဖြစ်သည်» ဟု မိမိကိုယ်ကို မှန်ကန်စွာ ကြေညာကာ သစ္စာရှိသော တပည့်စိတ်ဖြင့် ဆရာ၏ အကာအကွယ်ကို တောင်းခံ하였다။ ဤအခန်းကဏ္ဍသည် နှိမ့်ချမှု၊ အမှန်တရားဖြင့် ကိုယ်ပိုင်အမည်ခံခြင်းနှင့် ဂုရုကို သင့်လျော်စွာ ဂုဏ်ပြုရမည့် သီလတရား၏ အလေးချိန်ကို ထင်ဟပ်စေသည်။
