भूगुरुवाच प्रजाविसर्ग विविधं मानसो मनसासृजत्‌ | संरक्षणार्थ भूतानां सृष्ट प्रथणतो जलम्‌

Transliteration

bhṛgur uvāca—prajāvisargaṁ vividhaṁ mānaso manasāsṛjat | saṁrakṣaṇārthaṁ bhūtānāṁ sṛṣṭaṁ prathamataḥ jalam ||

Translation

ဘೃဂုက ပြောသည်– «စိတ်မှပေါက်ဖွားသော အရှင်သည် စိတ်၏ အင်အားတစ်ခုတည်းဖြင့် သတ္တဝါပေါင်းစုံကို ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူ၏။ ထို့ပြင် သတ္တဝါတို့ကို ကာကွယ်ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်နှင့် အသက်ရှင်ရေးအတွက် အရင်ဆုံး ရေကို ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူ၏»။
