असिना धर्मगर्भेण पालयस्व प्रजा इति । तलवार देकर उन्होंने मनुसे कहा--“तुम मनुष्योंके शासक हो; अतः इस धर्मगर्भित खड्गसे प्रजाका पालन करो || ६८ $ || धर्मसेतुमतिक्रान्ता: स्थूलसूक्ष्मात्मकारणात्
asina dharmagarbheṇa pālayasva prajā iti |
ဘီရှ္မက ပြောသည်– «ဓမ္မကို ကိုယ်ဝန်ဆောင်သကဲ့သို့ ပြည့်ဝသော ဤဓားဖြင့် ပြည်သူတို့ကို ကာကွယ်လော့» ဟု။ ထို့နောက် ဓားကို လွှဲအပ်ကာ မနုအား အုပ်ချုပ်သူ၏ အာဏာသည် ကိုယ်ပိုင်ဆန္ဒအတွက် မဟုတ်ဘဲ ပြည်သူတို့ကို တရားမျှတစွာ ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်ရန် ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သင်ကြားကြ၏။ ထူထဲသော ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာ သို့မဟုတ် နူးညံ့သော အတ္တကို သာယာစေရန် ဓမ္မ၏ ကန့်သတ်ချက်ကို ကျော်လွန်သူတို့ကို သင့်လျော်သလို ခွဲခြားသတ်မှတ်သော ဒဏ်ဖြင့် ထိန်းချုပ်ရမည်; အားလုံးကို ဓမ္မအတိုင်း ကာကွယ်ရမည်၊ အလိုလိုက်ခြင်းနှင့် မျက်နှာလိုက်ခြင်း မရှိစေရ။
