Dasyu-maryādā and Buddhi-guided Rāja-nīti (दस्युमर्यादा तथा बुद्धिप्रधान-राजनीति)
सर्वत्र रमते प्राज्ञ: सर्वत्र च विराजते | न विभीषयते कश्रचिद् भीषितो न बिभेति च
sarvatra ramate prājñaḥ sarvatra ca virājate | na vibhīṣayate kaścid bhīṣito na bibheti ca ||
ဗြဟ္မဒတ္တက ပြောသည်– ပညာရှိသူသည် နေရာတိုင်း၌ စိတ်ချမ်းသာမှုကို တွေ့ရပြီး အခြေအနေတိုင်း၌ ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာဖြင့် ထင်ရှားတောက်ပနေ၏။ မည်သူမျှ သူ့ကို အမှန်တကယ် မခြိမ်းခြောက်နိုင်၊ ခြိမ်းခြောက်ခံရသော်လည်း ကြောက်ရွံ့မှုထဲသို့ မကျရောက်။ သင်ခန်းစာမှာ– ပညာမှ ပေါက်ဖွားသော အတွင်းစိတ်တည်ငြိမ်မှုက လူကို မကြောက်မရွံ့၊ အပြောင်းအလဲများကြား၌ပင် မလှုပ်မယှက် ဖြစ်စေသည်။
