Dasyu-maryādā and Buddhi-guided Rāja-nīti (दस्युमर्यादा तथा बुद्धिप्रधान-राजनीति)
दैवं पुरुषकारश्न स्थितावन्योन्यसंश्रयात् । उदाराणां तु सत्कर्म दैवं क्लीबा उपासते
daivaṁ puruṣakāraś ca sthitāv anyonya-saṁśrayāt | udārāṇāṁ tu satkarma daivaṁ klībā upāsate ||
ဗြဟ္မဒတ္တက ပြောသည်– ကံတော် (ဒေဝကံ) နှင့် လူ့ကြိုးစားအားထုတ်မှုတို့သည် အချင်းချင်း အားကိုးမှသာ တည်တံ့နိုင်သည်။ သို့ရာတွင် စိတ်ဓာတ်မြင့်မြတ်သူတို့သည် သဒ္ဓါရှိသော ကုသိုလ်ကံကို မပြတ်လုပ်ဆောင်ကြပြီး၊ အားနည်း၍ ယောက်ျားမပီသသူတို့ကတော့ ကံတော်ကိုသာ ကိုးကွယ်ကာ အလုပ်မလုပ်ရန် အကြောင်းပြချက်အဖြစ် အသက်ရှင်ကြသည်။
