यस्मिन्‌ यथा वर्तते यो मनुष्य- स्तस्मिंस्तथा वर्तितव्यं स धर्म: । मायाचारो मायया बाधितव्य: साध्वाचार: साधुना प्रत्युपेय:

Transliteration

yasmin yathā vartate yo manuṣyas tasmiṁs tathā vartitavyaṁ sa dharmaḥ | māyācāro māyayā bādhitavyaḥ sādhvācāraḥ sādhunā pratyupeyaḥ |

Translation

ဘီရှ္မက မိန့်တော်မူသည်– «လူတစ်ယောက်က သင့်အပေါ် ဘယ်လိုပြုမူသလဲ၊ သင်လည်း ထိုသူအပေါ် ထိုနည်းတူ ပြန်လည်ပြုမူရမည်—ဤသည်မှာ တရားဓမ္မ (တရားမျှတမှုနှင့် သင့်လျော်သော ဆက်ဆံရေး) ဖြစ်သည်။ လှည့်စားသော အကျင့်ကို လှည့်စားမှုဖြင့်ပင် တားဆီးသင့်ပြီး၊ သီလရှိသူ၏ အကျင့်ကိုတော့ သီလဖြင့်ပင် တုံ့ပြန်ကာ လက်ခံသင့်သည်»။
