Gaṇānāṃ Vṛttiḥ — On the Sustenance and Cohesion of Assemblies

न चोद्योगेन बुद्धया वा रूपद्रव्येण वा पुन: । भेदाच्चैव प्रदानाच्च भिद्यन्ते रिपुभिर्गणा:
Transliteration
na codyogena buddhayā vā rūpadravyeṇa vā punaḥ | bhedāc caiva pradānāc ca bhidyante ripubhir gaṇāḥ ||
Translation
ဘိဿမက မိန့်ကြားသည်– မွေးဖွားရာဇာတိနှင့် မျိုးရိုးတူညီကြသော်လည်း အားထုတ်မှု၊ ဉာဏ်ပညာ၊ ရုပ်ရည်နှင့် ဥစ္စာဓနတို့တွင် လူတိုင်းတူညီနိုင်ခြင်း မရှိ။ ရန်သူတို့သည် ထိုကွာခြားချက်များကို အခွင့်ကောင်းယူ၍ မညီညွတ်စေသော အတွေးအခေါ်ကို ပျိုးထောင်ကာ အချို့ကို လာဘ်ပေးသဖြင့် gaṇa (သမ္မတ/အိုလီဂါခီဆန်သော မဟာမိတ်အဖွဲ့) ၏ တစ်စုတစ်စည်းကို ခွဲခြားဖျက်ဆီးတတ်သည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် gaṇa အတွက် တည်ကြည်သော ညီညွတ်မှုသည် ပြည်သူတို့၏ အကြီးမားဆုံး အားကိုးရာနှင့် အင်အားဖြစ်သည်။
