Gaṇānāṃ Vṛttiḥ — On the Sustenance and Cohesion of Assemblies
Gaṇa-nīti
तत्रादानेन भिद्यन्ते गणा: संघातवृत्तय: । भिन्ना विमनस: सर्वे गच्छन्त्यरिवशं भयात्
tatrādānena bhidyante gaṇāḥ saṅghātavṛttayaḥ | bhinnā vimanasaḥ sarve gacchanty arivaśaṃ bhayāt ||
ဘီရှ္မက မိန့်တော်မူသည်– «အနီးကပ်ညီညွတ်စွာ လုပ်ဆောင်၍ အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းပြုသော ဂဏ (gaṇa) အဖွဲ့အစည်းများပင် အချိန်မီ ထောက်ပံ့ရေး မပေးလျှင် ကွဲပြားသွားကြ၏။ ကွဲသွားလျှင် အားလုံး စိတ်ပျက်အားငယ်ကာ တစ်ဦးနှင့်တစ်ဦး ဆန့်ကျင်ကြပြီး ကြောက်ရွံ့မှုကြောင့် ရန်သူ၏ အုပ်ချုပ်မှုအောက်သို့ ကျရောက်ကြ၏»။
