Measured Policy and the Recognition of Malicious Disposition
अमित्रमुपसेवेत विश्वस्तवदविश्वसन् । प्रियमेव वदेन्नित्यं नाप्रियं किंचिदाचरेत्
amitrām upaseveta viśvastavad aviśvasan | priyam eva vaden nityaṁ nāpriyaṁ kiñcid ācaret ||
ဘိဿမက မိန့်တော်မူသည်– «အတွင်းစိတ်၌ မယုံကြည်သော်လည်း အပြင်ပန်းအားဖြင့် ယုံကြည်သူကဲ့သို့ ပြသကာ ရန်သူကို ချဉ်းကပ်၍ အမှုဆောင်ရမည်။ အမြဲတမ်း သူနှစ်သက်မည့် စကားကိုသာ ပြော၍ မနှစ်သက်စေမည့် အပြုအမူကို မပြုလုပ်ရ»။
