ထို့နောက် အို ဘာရတ၊ သန့်ရှင်း၍ အခမ်းအနားအရ သင့်တော်သော အသီးနှင့် အမြစ်တို့ (ပေါ်ထွက်လာ/ရရှိလာ) သဖြင့် ဖြစ်ရပ်များကြား၌ ရိုးရှင်းသော်လည်း သန့်မြတ်သော အစာပေးကမ်းမှုကို ပြသလေ၏။
