धृतराष्ट्र-संजय-संवादः — दुर्योधनस्य ह्रदप्रवेशः

ततस्तु क्रुद्ध: सुबलस्य पुत्रो माद्रीसुतं सहदेवं विमर्दे । प्रासेन जाम्बूनद भूषणेन जिघांसुरेको5भिपपात शीघ्रम्
tatastu kruddhaḥ subalasya putro mādrīsutaṃ sahadevaṃ vimarde | prāsena jāmbūnada-bhūṣaṇena jighāṃsur eko 'bhipapāta śīghram ||
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်— ထိုအခါ စုဗလ၏သား ရှကူနိသည် ဒေါသထန်လာ၍ မာဒရီ၏သား သာဟဒေဝကို စစ်ပွဲအလယ်၌ တစ်ယောက်တည်း အလျင်အမြန် ဝင်ရောက်တိုက်ခိုက်하였다။ ဂျာမ္ဘူနဒ ရွှေဖြင့် အလှဆင်ထားသော လှံဖြင့် သူ့ကို သတ်လိုသော ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ဖြင့်ပင် ဖြစ်သည်။ ဤကဗျာသည် စစ်၏ဒေါသက ဆင်ခြင်ဉာဏ်ကို တစ်ခုတည်းသော သွေးထွက်သံယို ရည်မှန်းချက်သို့ ကျဉ်းမြောင်းစေပြီး တိုက်ပွဲကို တာဝန်ထက် ကိုယ်ရေးကိုယ်တာ အငြိုးအတေးအဖြစ် ပြောင်းလဲစေကြောင်း ဖော်ပြသည်။
