निपपात रणे तूर्ण सौबलस्य महात्मन: । भीमसेनके हाथोंसे छूटी हुई सर्पकी जिह्नवाके समान वह चंचल शक्ति रणभूमिमें तुरंत ही महामना शकुनिपर जा पड़ी

nipapāta raṇe tūrṇaṃ saubalasya mahātmanaḥ |
bhīmasenakarāc chuktā sarpajihveva cañcalā śaktir raṇabhūmau tvaritaṃ mahāmanā śakunim eva jagāma ||
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်— စစ်ပွဲအလယ်၌ ဘီမစေန၏လက်မှ လျင်မြန်စွာ လွှတ်ထုတ်လိုက်သော ထိုးလှံသဏ္ဌာန် သက္တိသည် မဟာသဘောရှိသော ဆောဗလ (ရှကူနိ) ပေါ်သို့ တိုက်ရိုက်ကျရောက်하였다။ မြွေ၏လျှာကဲ့သို့ တုန်ခါလှုပ်ရှားကာ စစ်မြေပြင်ကို ဖြတ်သန်း၍ ရှကူနိကို ထိမှန်하였다။
