कर्णस्य दानप्रतिज्ञा–शल्योपदेश–वाक्ययुद्धम्

नागा हयान् समासाद्य विक्षिपन्तो बहून् रणे । दारयामासुरत्युग्रं तत्र तत्र तदा तदा
nāgā hayān samāsādya vikṣipanto bahūn raṇe | dārayāmāsur atyugraṁ tatra tatra tadā tadā ||
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်။ ဆင်တို့သည် မြင်းများထံ နီးကပ်လာကာ စစ်မြေပြင်တွင် မြင်းအများအပြားကို ဖမ်းဆုပ်၍ အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ပစ်လွှင့်ကာ ချေမွေ့ခွဲဖောက်ကြ၏—ဒီနေရာဟိုနေရာ မကြာခဏ ထပ်ခါထပ်ခါ။ ထိုကြောင့် ထိုအခိုက်အတန့်တွင် အဲဒီနေရာ၏ မြင်ကွင်းသည် အလွန်ကြောက်မက်ဖွယ် ဖြစ်လာ၏။
