नाकुलिं तु शतानीकं भूतकर्मा सभापति: । अस्यन्तमिषुजालानि यान्तं द्रोणादवारयत्‌

Transliteration

nākuliṃ tu śatānīkaṃ bhūtakarmā sabhāpatiḥ | asyantam iṣujālāni yāntaṃ droṇād avārayat ||

Translation

သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်—အသင်းတော်၏ အရှင် (သဘாபတိ) ဖြစ်သော ဘူတကမ္မာသည် နကူလာမျိုးရိုးမှ ရှတနီကာက ဒ్రోဏာထံသို့ တိုးလာစဉ် မြားမိုးကဲ့သို့ ပစ်လွှတ်နေသော်လည်း သူ့ကို တားဆီးကာ ဒြောဏာထံ မရောက်စေခဲ့၏။ စစ်မြေပြင်၏ အလွန်အကျဉ်းအကျပ်အတည်းအတွင်း၌ ဤလုပ်ရပ်သည် တပ်မှူး၏ တာဝန်ကို ပြသသည်—အန္တရာယ်ကြီးသော တိုးဝင်မှုကို ထိန်းချုပ်၍ မိမိ၏ အကြီးအကဲကို ကာကွယ်ရခြင်း၊ ဆွေမျိုးသတ်ခြင်း၏ ဓမ္မအလေးချိန်နှင့် စစ်၏ ရှုပ်ထွေးမှုကြား၌ပင် ဖြစ်သည်။
