मया वध्यो5भविष्यत् स भैमसेनिर्घटोत्कच: । यदि महासमरमें कर्ण अपनी शक्तिद्वारा भीमसेनपुत्र घटोत्कचको नहीं मारता तो एक दिन मुझे उसका वध करना पड़ता
mayā vadhyo ’bhaviṣyat sa bhaimasenir ghaṭotkacaḥ | yadi mahāsamare karṇaḥ śaktyā bhīmasenaputraṁ ghaṭotkacaṁ na hanyāt, tadā ekadā mayā tasya vadhaḥ kartavyaḥ syāt |
ဝါယုဒေဝ မိန့်တော်မူသည်– «ဘီမစေန၏သား ဃဋောတ္ကစကို ငါက သတ်ရမည်ဖြစ်လာမည်။ အကြီးမားဆုံးသော စစ်ပွဲ၌ ကဏ္ဏက သူ၏ သက္တိတော်လှံဖြင့် ဃဋောတ္ကစကို မသတ်ခဲ့လျှင် တစ်နေ့နေ့တွင် သူ့ကို သတ်ရမည့်တာဝန်သည် ငါ့ပေါ်သို့ ကျရောက်လာမည်»။
