Description of the Dvīpa, Varṣas, and Mount Meru
सर्वकामफल: पुण्य: सिद्धचारणसेवित: । तस्य नाम्ना समाख्यातो जम्बूद्वीप: सनातन:
sarvakāmaphalaḥ puṇyaḥ siddhacāraṇasevitaḥ | tasya nāmnā samākhyāto jambūdvīpaḥ sanātanaḥ ||
၎င်းသည် သန့်ရှင်းမြတ်စွာရှိ၍ လိုလားသမျှ ရည်မှန်းချက်တို့၏ အကျိုးफलကို ပေးစွမ်းနိုင်သည်။ စိဒ္ဓများနှင့် စာရဏများ (ကောင်းကင်ဘားဒ်များ) က မကြာခဏ လာရောက်နေထိုင်ကြသည်။ ထို၏ အမည်ကြောင့်ပင် ဤအနန္တဒေသသည် «ဇမ္ဗူဒွီပ» (Jambūdvīpa) ဟူ၍ ထင်ရှားလာခဲ့သည်။
