भीष्मसेनासंनिवेशः — Bhīṣma’s Mobilization, Omens, and the Kaurava Array

इदं वः क्षत्रिया द्वारं स्वर्गायापावृतं महत्‌ । गच्छध्वं तेन शक्रस्य ब्रह्मण: सहलोकताम्‌,'क्षत्रियो! यह युद्ध तुम्हारे लिये स्वर्गका खुला हुआ विशाल द्वार है। तुमलोग इसके द्वारा इन्द्र अथवा ब्रह्माजीका सालोक्य प्राप्त करो

idaṃ vaḥ kṣatriyā dvāraṃ svargāyāpāvṛtaṃ mahat | gacchadhvaṃ tena śakrasya brahmaṇaḥ sahalokatām ||

သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်– “အို က္ଷတ္တရိယတို့၊ သင်တို့အတွက် ကောင်းကင်သို့ သွားရာ တံခါးကြီးသည် ကျယ်ပြန့်စွာ ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားပြီ။ ထိုတံခါးမှတဆင့် သွားကြလော့၊ သက္က (အိန္ဒြ) သို့မဟုတ် ဘြဟ္မာ၏ လောက၌ တူညီစွာ နေထိုင်ခွင့် (sālokya) ကို ရယူကြလော့။” ဤစကားသည် တရားသောစစ်ကို စစ်သူရဲဝန်နာအတွက် ခွင့်ပြုထားသော လမ်းကြောင်းအဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ကာ၊ တရားစစ်၌ အောင်မြင်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် သေဆုံးခြင်းကို ဝိညာဉ်ရေးရာ မြင့်တင်မှုအဖြစ် မြင်စေသည်။
