वर्णा: स्वकर्मनिरता न च स्तेनोअत्र दृश्यते । दीर्घायुषो महाराज जरामृत्युविवर्जिता:
sañjaya uvāca |
varṇāḥ svakarmaniratā na ca steno ’tra dṛśyate |
dīrghāyuṣo mahārāja jarāmṛtyuvivarjitāḥ ||
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်– «ထိုပြည်၌ ဝဏ္ဏအားလုံး၏ လူတို့သည် မိမိတို့အတွက် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော တာဝန်ဓမ္မကိုသာ စွဲမြဲစွာ လိုက်နာကြပြီး၊ ထိုနေရာတွင် ခိုးသူတစ်ယောက်မျှ မမြင်ရ။ အရှင်မင်းကြီး၊ ထိုကျွန်း၏ နေထိုင်သူတို့သည် အသက်ရှည်ကြပြီး အိုမင်းခြင်း၏ ဝေဒနာနှင့် သေခြင်းမှ ကင်းလွတ်ကြသည်»။
