Adhyāya 90: Babhruvāhana’s Reception and the Commencement of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Aśvamedha
त॑ं वै वधू: स्थिता साध्वी ब्राह्मणप्रियकाम्यया । सक्तूनादाय संदहृष्टा श्वशुरं वाक्यमब्रवीत्
taṁ vai vadhūḥ sthitā sādhvī brāhmaṇapriyakāmyayā | saktūn ādāya saṁdahṛṣṭā śvaśuraṁ vākyam abravīt ||
ထိုအခါ သားမက်မယားဖြစ်သော သီလရှင်မိန်းမကလည်း ဗြာဟ္မဏကို ပျော်ရွှင်စေလိုသော စိတ်ဖြင့် ထိုနေရာတွင် ရပ်လျက် စက္တုကိုယူကာ စိတ်ရွှင်လန်းစွာဖြင့် မိမိယောက္ခမကို လေးစားသည့်စကားဖြင့် ပြော하였다—
