Marutta’s Sacrifice and Agni’s Embassy (मरुत्त-यज्ञे दूतत्वम्)
वजन गृहीत्वा च पुरन्दर त्वं सम्प्राहार्षीक्ष्यवनस्यातिघोरम् । स ते विप्र: सह वज्ेण बाहु- मपागृह्नात् तपसा जातमन्यु:
vajraṁ gṛhītvā ca purandara tvaṁ samprahārṣī kṣyavanasya atighoram | sa te vipraḥ saha vajreṇa bāhum apāgṛhṇāt tapasā jātamanyuḥ purandara |
အို ပုရန္ဒရ (အိန္ဒြာ)၊ တစ်ခါက သင်သည် ဝဇ္ဇရ (မိုးကြိုးလက်နက်) ကို ကိုင်ယူကာ အလွန်ကြောက်မက်ဖွယ် မဟာရိရှီ ချျဝန ကို ထိုးနှက်ရန် လုနီးပါး ဖြစ်ခဲ့သည်။ သို့သော် ထို ဘြဟ္မရိရှီသည် ဒေါသထွက်၍ တပဿ (တပောဗလ) ၏ အာနိသင်ဖြင့် သင်၏ လက်မောင်းကို ဝဇ္ဇရနှင့်တကွ တင်းကျပ်စွာ တားဆီးချုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့သည်—ဝိညာဉ်ရေး စည်းကမ်းသည် လမ်းမှားသုံးစွဲသောအခါ တန်ခိုးတော်တော်ကြီးသည့် နတ်ဘုရားအင်အားကိုပါ တားဆီးနိုင်ကြောင်း ပြသသည်။
