Arjuna and Ulūpī: Explanation of Śānti and the Maṇipūra Resolution
युधिष्ठटिरस्य संदेशो न हन्तव्या नूपा इति । तेन जीवसि राजंस्त्वमपराद्धो5पि मे रणे
Vaiśampāyana uvāca: Yudhiṣṭhirasya saṃdeśo na hantavyā nṛpā iti | tena jīvasi rājan tvam aparāddho 'pi me raṇe ||
ဝိုင်ရှမ္ပါယနက ပြောသည်—“ယုဓိဋ္ဌိရ၏ အမိန့်မှာ ‘စစ်တွင် မင်းတို့ကို မသတ်ရ’ ဟူသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် အို မင်းကြီး၊ သင်သည် စစ်ပွဲ၌ ငါ့ကို ပြစ်မှားခဲ့သော်လည်း အသက်ရှင်နေသေးသည်—အကြောင်းမှာ ငါသည် ထိုအမိန့်ကို လိုက်နာခဲ့သောကြောင့်ပင်”။
