Uttanka’s Guru-Śuśrūṣā and the Commission to Retrieve the Maṇikuṇḍalas (उत्तङ्क-गुरुशुश्रूषा तथा मणिकुण्डल-आदेशः)
चाण्डालरूपी भगवान् सुमहांस्ते व्यतिक्रम: । यत् तु शक््यं मया कर्तु भूय एव तवेप्सितम्
cāṇḍālarūpī bhagavān sumahāṁs te vyatikramaḥ | yat tu śakyaṁ mayā kartuṁ bhūya eva tavepsitam ||
ဥတ္တင်္ကက ပြောသည်– «ဘုရားသခင် အိန္ဒြသည် ချဏ္ဍာလ ရုပ်သဏ္ဌာန်ကို ဆောင်ယူခဲ့သည်။ ထိုသို့သောသူကို ငြင်းပယ်ခြင်းသည် သင့်အတွက် အလွန်ကြီးမားသော အပြစ်ဖြစ်သည်။ သို့သော် သင့်ဆန္ဒ ပြည့်စုံစေရန် ငါတတ်နိုင်သမျှကို ထပ်မံ ပြုလုပ်မည်»။

Uttanka points out that Indra appeared in the guise of a Caṇḍāla and that rejecting him was a serious offense. He then reassures the other party that he will attempt once more to do whatever he can to accomplish the desired aim.
