अभिष्वड्डस्तु कामेषु महामोह इति स्मृत: । ऋषयो मुनयो देवा मुहान्त्यत्र सुखेप्सव:
abhiṣvaḍḍas tu kāmeṣu mahāmoha iti smṛtaḥ | ṛṣayo munayo devā muhānty atra sukhepsavaḥ ||
အာရုံခံစားမှု၏ အပျော်အပါးတို့၌ တွယ်ကပ်လွန်ကဲခြင်းကို “မဟာမောဟ” (mahāmoha) ဟူ၍ မှတ်ယူကြသည်။ ထိုမောဟ၏ အာဏာအောက်တွင် အပျော်၏ ချိုမြိန်မှုကို လိုလားသည့်အခါ ရှိသမျှ ရှင်ရသီ၊ မုနိနှင့် ဒေဝတို့ပင် မျက်ကွယ်မောဟဖြစ်နိုင်ကြသည်—သာမန်လူသားတို့အကြောင်းဆိုလျှင် မေးစရာမလိုတော့။
