जनक–ब्राह्मणसंवादः
Viṣaya, Mamatva, and Self-Mastery
सोअन्यस्य विषये राज्ञो वस्तुमिच्छाम्यहं विभो | वचस्ते कर्तुमिच्छामि यथाशास्त्रं महीपते
so 'nyasya viṣaye rājño vastum icchāmy ahaṃ vibho | vacas te kartum icchāmi yathāśāstraṃ mahīpate ||
ဗြာဟ္မဏက ပြောသည်– «အို အင်အားကြီးမြတ်သော အရှင်! ဤအကြောင်းကို သိမြင်ပြီးနောက်၊ အခြားဘုရင်တစ်ပါး၏ နိုင်ငံအတွင်း၌ နေထိုင်လိုပါသည်။ သို့ရာတွင် အို မြေကြီးကို ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်သော မဟာမင်း၊ သာသနာကျမ်း (śāstra) အတိုင်း သင်၏ အမိန့်ကိုလည်း လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်လိုပါသည်»။
